My Schedule

"I have a busy week. On Monday morning, I do work  at 7:30 am. In the afternoon I go to lunch at 12:30 pm. On tuesday, I go to breakfast at 6:30 am. In the afternoon, I study design at 6:00 pm. On Wednesday in the afternoom, I do exercises at 5:30 am. In the evening I watch tv at 9:00 pm. On thursday afternoom I have to class legislation at 6:00 pm. In the evening, I  listen to music at 10:00 pm. On friday afternoom, I go shopping at 5:30 pm. In the evening, I go to the movies my babies  at 8:30 pm. On saturday morning I do the laundry at 8:00 am. In the evening. I go to a parties at 8:00 pm. On sunday morning, I do sleep late at 9:00 am. In the afternoom.  I share the family.."

EVERY EXPERIENCE WE LIVE IINFLUENCES OUR WAY OF THINKING AND FEELING; IT DOESN'T MATTER IF THE EXPERIENCE IS GOOD OR BAD. WHEN WE REMEMBER THE GOOD THINGS THAT HAVE HAPPENEND TO US, WE FEEL HAPPY AND THIS IMPROVES OUR MOOD AND ALLOWS US TO THINK CHEERFUL THOUGHTS, AND WHEN WE THINK OF THE BAD THINGS THAT HAVE OCCURRED IN OUR LIVES, THIS CAN MAKE US FEEL MAD OR SAD AND THIS WILL LEAD US TO THINK NEGATIVE THOUGHTS.
